Hey Prayer Warriors, Just wanted to ask ya'll to pray for a boy who was hurt playing football last week. He was on the opposite team so I don't know his name or number... They took him by care flight off the field... My daughter said last night the last she heard he still has not regained conscientiousness. These are Freshmen in H.S. Please keep him on your prayer list....Thanks in advance...jp

Also, Joe , my son's boss, was taken to the hospital today with difficulty breathing, so they admitted him for a string of tests... Rick asked me to put Joe on the prayer list again....Thanks...jp

A precious friend of mine requests prayer for her toddler grandson, Jack (I believe Jack is two years old). Jack has recently been diagnosed with leukemia. The doctors feel that chemo. will successfully treat the illness. We know that God can cause that to be or that He can heal him in an instant. Also pray for Jack's parents and my friend, Louise. I can not imagine the heart break of hearing such a diagnoses of a little one. My heart hurts.

OCTOBER 4, 2008 PRAYER ANSWERED!!!
My friend reports that her grandboy, Jack, is 100% cancer free!!!! To God be the glory! He has to undergo treatment for the next three years. The medication blouts him quite a bit; but, she and his parents are thankful for the touch of the Healer!
Thank to the Lord for hearing and answering the prayers of the faithful concerning this precious toddler. Be a blessing! Cynde

Dear Jerry,
I received a phone call from my mom just a little while ago. She asked me to have her neighbor Loyd placed in the prayer line. He is going to the hospital in the morning. They are going to do an upper GI & lower GI to try & remove a polyp. If they can't reached it this way, then they will have to do an emergency surgery. He also has a bad heart.

We received very bad news about my wife's baby sister Annette.
Annette has been fighting lung cancer for over 3 years now. We felt
that the Lord had delivered her from the cancer. Her lungs were cleared
as of May of this year. We got the terrible news today that she has
over 50 tumors in her brain. One of the tumors is about the size of
a half dollar and the others are the size of nickels and growing. Jeff

We had to rush my father (Dean Smith) to the emergency room. His doctor started him on a new medication and he had a violent reaction to the medication. He was given a shot to counter the reaction. He is doing better but it caused his throat to swell up and it blistered his entire body. He does need our prayers. Jeff Smith

Jerry, we received a call from Becky, who goes to UPC in Marshall. Her children from her first marriage are living with their father. They are begging, crying to come live with her and Randy, but the dad will not allow it. Please pray that this matter can be resolved. Nancy
